To provide specialist advice and support in the development and implementation of business enablement planning, service delivery processes, methods and techniques; enabling the provision of well-researched information to inform organizational decision making.

The portfolio include Strategy, Business Banking Sectors, Brand and Marketing, Customer Value Management for Business Banking, MI and Data Analytics

**Job Description**:
Strategic Advisor: helps the executive leader develop and execute strategic initiatives, providing insights, analysis and recommendations on key decisions.

Operational Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring that goals are being met and that departments are aligned with the overall strategy.

Gatekeeper: Acting as a gatekeeper, they manage access to the executive, filtering information and requests to ensure that the leader's time is used effectively.

Communication Liaison: serve as a communication liaison between the executive and other members of the organization, as well as external stakeholders such as clients, partners, and the media.

Project Management: managing special projects or initiatives on behalf of the executive, coordinating resources, and tracking progress.

Problem Solving: identify and address challenges or issues within the organization, working to find solutions and drive continuous improvement.

Confidant and Counselor: Provide a sounding board for the executive, offering advice, feedback, and support on a wide range of matters, both professional and personal.

Business Management: Provide specialist advice and support in assisting to manage and deliver on business initiatives, meeting deadlines

Education

Bachelor's Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (required)
