**Salary**:

**Description**:
Great opportunity at a franchise dealership based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town.
Your main function is to ensure the quality of service delivered to clients. Job duties include but is not limited to:
- Client relations management for the dealership.
- Maintaining and ensuring high customer service scoring.
- Management of complaints and queries.
**Requirements**:
- Matric / Senior Certificate minimum qualification
- Previous CRM / CLM experience at a franchise motor dealership of at least 2 years.
- Computer literacy skills to include Excel and motor trade related software Evolve / Kerridge / Pinnacle / Drive / CDK etc.
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
- Driver's license
- Clear criminal record
