We are looking for an **HR Officer** for our company based in **Nietgedacht, Muldersdrift, GP** to provide an efficient and effective Human Resources function in line with the following
**Line Manager**: Executive Manager and/or Managing Director

**Experience**:
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a HR Officer function
- Personnel/Payroll administration
- HR Reporting
- Recruitment & Selection
- Investigation skills
- CCMA experience
- Labour relations full cycle: Consultations, union matters, counselling, progressive disciplinary action, hearing initiation, grievances.
**Qualifications**:
**Additional Requirements**:
- Driver’s License and own vehicle
- Working hours : Mon - Fri from 7:00 AM - 17:00 PM
- Speak, write, read Afrikaans and/or English fluently
- Reside within the Westrand, GP or in or around the work premises (Nietgedacht, Muldersdrift, GP, 1747)
- Knowledge of Sage Pastel Partner
- Knowledge of ERSbio
- Intermediate computer literacy (MS outlook, Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of HR Practices
- Interviewing skills
- Sound knowledge of labour legislation (i.e. Basic Conditions of Employment, Labor relations, Skills Development, Employment Equity, POPIA, PAIA, OHS, WSP/ATR, UIF, CP, CIODA)
- Internal Environment Audit
- Ensure OHS compliance with the CEO of OHS
The role involves doing ad hoc duties but not limited to:
- Camera footage from time to time,
- Liaising with GDARD,
- Soil sample taken to labs for analysis every 6 months,
- Capturing of raw materials,
- Signing off on credit notes,
- Assist with solving customer queries,
- Telephone duty once a week
- Capturing the pallet schedule
- Distribute payslips
- Collecting security clockings from different devices
- UIF declaration
- AOD processing
- Leave tracking

**Salary depends on skills, experience and qualifications.**

**Salary**: R20,000.00 - R36,000.00 per month
