**JOB OVERVIEW & GENERAL EXPECTATIONS**:

- The Group Spa Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the ensuring the efficient running of all facilities allocated to the portfolio.
- Overseeing all aspects of the business, from employing, recruiting and scheduling to marketing and sales.
- Involved in hiring new employees, training current employees, and creating new products or services.
- As a Group Spa manager, you must have strong leadership skills and pay attention to detail - this is a demanding role and we require an exceptional individual to fill this portfolio.

**PACKAGE POTENTIAL & COMPANY BENEFITS**:

- R40,000-00 per month Gross (Based on experience & skills relevant to the vacancy)
- Performance Incentives
- Travel allowance where operationally required

**QUALIFICATIONS | EXPERIENCE & DESIRED**:

- Must be based in Cape Town surrounds with ease of travel
- Reliable vehicle as you will be required to travel between properties
- Flexibility to work as and when required - you are overseeing 4 properties (in the W-Cape)
- Beautifully groomed & professionally presentable - you are the face of the brand a team leader. Lead by example
- Certification from a recognized Training facility with qualifications in either Spa / Beauty / Cosmetology / Spa Management
- City & Guilds / ITEC / CIDESCO / CIBTAC / SAAHSP
- At least 5 years experience in a Senior Management position
- Cruise ship managerial experience OR hotel spa manager experience is preferred
- Ability to pleasantly and confidently communicate in English with appropriate grammar (reading, writing and speaking)
- Afrikaans language - bonus
- Computer literate - especially MS Office (Excel)
- Confident using Salon & Spa scheduling systems
- Able to train staff on spa protocols and follow up on company brand trainings
- Able to lead and develop employees and services
- Knowledge of spa procedures
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs
- Ability to promote positive relations with all individuals who approach the Spa
- Ability to perform job functions with mínimal supervision
- Knowledge of and ability to sell spa products
