Job Summary:

MF Spa & Beauty Placements is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salon & Spa Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality spa and beauty services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Train and develop employees on spa protocols and follow up on company brand trainings.
  • Service Delivery: Lead and develop employees and services to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Guest Relations: Focus attention on guest needs and promote positive relations with all individuals who approach the Salon.
  • Operational Efficiency: Perform job functions with minimal supervision and perform ad-hoc treatments where and when operationally required.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Managerial experience of a high-end salon or day spa.
  • Certifications: Certification from a recognized Training facility with qualifications in either Spa / Beauty / Cosmetology / Spa Management.
  • Skills: Computer literate with booking systems, emails, and reports.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional Certifications: City & Guilds / ITEC / CIDESCO / CIBTAC / SAAHSP.
  • Product Knowledge: Knowledge of and ability to sell spa products.
  • Industry Experience: Cruise Ship employment experience, Hair Salon experience, and knowledge of spa & salon procedures.
