**Paid Ads Specialist**

**Duties**
- Campaign Management:_
- Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive advertising strategies on digital platforms
- Support the creation of advertising materials that are effective on various digital channels
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results in real time
- Coordinate with the internal marketing team to ensure the successful execution of advertising campaigns and achieve the goals set
- Create paid ad campaign plans as they relate to overall marketing goals and present them to the team
- Own improving ROAS on all ads channels
- Run approved ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, TikTok and other channels
- Report daily on the success of the campaign success and optimizations done
- Run A/B tests and optimize constantly
- Take ownership of pixels, tracking setup and data validity within the marketing team
- Department Tasks_
- Assist in team meetings and present the work done
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage and communicate with diverse audiences
- Use Clickup to stay on top of the assigned tasks and provide updates
- Engage in data analysis on past performance in order to suggest improvements going forward
- Drive forward ideas that can be beneficial to marketing performance

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing and digital advertising, preferably specialized in running Google ads
- Experience working with set KPIs
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok ads
- Proven track record of success in Google Ads
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability and desire to manage details in simultaneous projects on an ongoing basis
- Ability to thrive under pressure, meet deadlines, and work efficiently on a team while having strong self-management skills

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Proficiency in Slack
- Experience with project management platform such as Clickup
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and other digital marketing analytic tools
- Experience in Google Tag Manager is desirable
- Experience with AI tools

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: R19 000,00 - R23 000,00 per month
