**Job Description** Anticipated Contract Length/End Date**:July 2024

**What you will do**:

- Oversee event management and manage design and copywriting support.
- Coordinate event collateral/assets including social media, and assist with various day-to-day tasks leading up to global events.
- Manage blog series and monthly build promo.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within the program, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and project teams.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to effectively manage project resources and milestones.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate and facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and communications with stakeholders and project teams.
- Monitor project progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, expenses, and financial forecasts, ensuring projects are delivered within budget constraints.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, providing guidance, and mentorship to project team members.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and governance frameworks throughout the project lifecycle.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, marketing or related field.
- Proven experience in program or project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Program managing large, global corporate events experience preferred.
- Experience working with or being part of marketing teams preferred.
- Professional services or similar industry background preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results and driving continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint etc.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and adaptable approach to managing change and uncertainty.
- Accustomed to working with global teams for international collaboration.
- Flexible to work outside of regular time zone hours to accommodate deadlines, tasks and meetings for event management/stakeholder management.
