**DESCRIPTION**:
The Chief Marketing Officer will report to the Country General Manager with a dotted line into the Group Chief Digital Officer. The Chief Marketing Officer is the key change agent toward consumer centricity in the country.

**KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Drive the transformation of the Country operating model towards more consumer centricity, leading the CMI organization and the Consumer Care teams
- Drive the local implementation of the 20/50/100 strategy: developing the relevant framework, objectives and roadmap on the 3 pillars
- Strategize, streamline and optimize the omnimedia plan in partnership with Brands
- Support Brands in Content, Social and Influence strategy
- Drive the shift towards precision advertising supporting the Brands with campaign design, technologies and partners
- Manage KPIs collection and formalize with Brands the relevant action plans based on data
- Ensure platforms excellence (tagging, localization, consumer 360 view) in partnership with Digital IT
- Streamline digital partners ecosystem and supports Brands with the optimized operating model
- Ensure fishing rules, best implementation at local level both on data and content platforms
- Roll-out the international Upskilling plan in partnership with local HR team and global HR Chief Digital Officer team
- Facilitate Best Practice sharing and animate communities including marketing, general management, digital, communication and sales teams

- Negotiates with the specific levers for online distribution
- Monitors online sell-in and sell-out excellence
- Leads with strong agile project management skills
- Acts as a strategic business partner

**QUALIFICATION REQUIRED**:

- A relevant degree - Marketing
- A minimum of 10 years relevant experience
