Our client specializes in the full implementation of tech tools for businesses, offering innovative solutions to streamline processes and enhance productivity. With a team of four dedicated professionals, including three consultants, they are committed to delivering exceptional results to their clients. This role offers the flexibility of remote work and is part-time for the initial three months.

**Position**: Project Management and Business Development Support

**Location**: Fully Remote
- There will be opportunity to make use of a shared office space in Cape Town - however, neither living in Cape Town or working in office are requirements.

**Salary Range**:R7,000 - R8,500 per month

**Requirements**:
Own laptop and stable internet connection

**Role Overview**:
The Project Management and Business Development Support role is a key position within the company, responsible for addressing critical pain points related to project management administration, sales pipeline management, and proposal preparation. As a part-time team member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of projects and business development activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Management**:

- Proactively follow up on tasks and deadlines, ensuring that projects stay on track.
- Prioritize incoming requests and manage ongoing workloads efficiently.
- Create comprehensive project specification documents and budgets.
- Effectively manage client expectations and maintain open communication channels.

**Business Development Support**:

- Assist in maintaining a structured sales pipeline, updating it regularly.
- Prepare compelling proposals in collaboration with the team.
- Contribute to the identification of potential business opportunities and strategies.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the team to refine and enhance the agency's production process.
- Develop and write project briefs, translating client needs into actionable plans.
- Generate innovative ideas and concepts, delivering final products that meet client and agency standards.
- Work closely with the production team on various projects, including branding, design, web, and social media campaigns.
- Evaluate project progress, providing regular updates and reports.
- Cultivate strong, long-term client relationships, addressing client inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Manage client and senior management expectations, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Develop a deep understanding of the business to maintain service quality.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Proficiency in using project management tools.
- Proficiency in working with spreadsheets.
- Proficiency in working with PowerPoint / Google Silde
- Strong creative thinking with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient time management skills, capable of meeting important deadlines.

- Accredited Project Management certificate or relevant qualification.
