**Job Advert Summary**:
Eduvos is seeking to employ the services of a **Bursary Partnerships Administrator** on a full time basis loacted at our **Midrand** campus.

**Type of role**:

- Permanent

**Role Purpose**:

- To provide administrative support for bursary and partnerships programmes

**Minimum Requirements**:
Minimum Qaulification:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or similar field.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities**:
Administrative support related to partnership development:

- Create and maintain prospect lists with contact details
- Meeting and diary management support - contact potential corporate partners, financial institutions, and organisations to schedule meetings with Eduvos representatives
- Maintain programme and student databases

Administration of funded student data:

- Maintain database of funded students’ academic performance
- Prepare reports for corporate partners with regard to the academic performance of funded students
- Prepare relevant communication to corporate partners
- Collate feedback from students and summarise for distribution to corporate partners

Administrative support regarding Internal and external stakeholder communication
Administrative support regarding general department reporting
