As a Service Provider Liaison Intern at MyRepairs, you will play a crucial role in fostering positive relationships with our service providers. Your responsibilities will include:
- **Collaborating**: with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.
- **Problem Solving**:Collaborating with service providers to troubleshoot and resolve any problems they may encounter during service delivery.
- **Relationship Building**:Building and maintaining strong relationships with service providers to create a cooperative and efficient network.
- **Onboarding Support**: Assisting service providers with the onboarding process, guiding them through necessary requirements, and facilitating a seamless integration into our system.
- **Feedback Management**: Gathering feedback from service providers to identify areas for improvement and collaborating with internal teams to implement necessary changes.
- **Social Media Management**: Utilizing your Canva experience to create engaging and visually appealing content for our social media platforms. You will be responsible for scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and brainstorming creative ideas to enhance our online presence.
- **Administrative Coordination**: Assisting in coordinating new administrative tasks and processes, streamlining workflows, and ensuring efficient execution of various projects. Assisting with general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document management. Assisting in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- **Client Onboarding Support**: Collaborating with the client services team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients. This includes helping clients with documentation and addressing any inquiries.
- **Document Management**: Organizing and maintaining important documents, contracts, and files, making sure they are readily accessible to the relevant teams.
- **Identifying Stakeholder Partnerships**:Researching and identifying potential stakeholders, service providers, or organizations that align with our values and can benefit from strategic partnerships.
**Requirements**:
- Must reside in or around Centurion or Midrand.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to empathize and understand the needs of service providers.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address challenges effectively.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized in managing communication records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), canva added advantage..
- Enthusiastic and proactive with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
