Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in the construction field, with roads and civil experience being advantageous.
- +3 years’ tender/ contract management experience in construction and Civil
- Experience in pricing within the construction industry would be advantageous
- Knowledge of working with Bills of Quantities and Tenders
- Ability to Prepare and manage the documentation required for tender submissions, ensuring that all proposals meet client specifications and deadlines.
- Coordinate the compilation and submission of tender proposals, ensuring all components are complete and aligned with the client’s requirements.
- Monitor tender deadlines, ensuring all proposals are submitted on time
- Conduct market research to assist in the preparation of competitive bids
- Track and maintain records of all tenders submitted and provide regular reports on tender status
- Proficient in cost control, Tendering, cost estimation, and budgeting.
- Exposure to site meetings, tender briefings
- Analytical skills with experience in tender evaluation and contract administration.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse construction plans, specifications, and H&S requirements.
- Valid drivers' license + own transport

Pay: R10 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
