**Reservoir Hills, Durban. **Opportunity exists with IT company providing technical support throughout KZN for meticulous Sales Administrator who is competent on MS Excel, well-spoken with strong administrative ability.

**Must be available to start within two weeks**

Liaise with external sales team to find what which client requires stock and liaise with distributors to get pricing and stock availability. Prepare the quotes and send to clients. Call on clients and suppliers to maintain relationships. Fill out and prepare tender documents or any other supporting documents related to the tender and ensure these are submitted on time.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Matric
- Strong on Microsoft Excel
- Well-spoken with excellent telephone etiquette
- Neat handwriting to fill out tender documents
- Some I.T product knowledge will be a bonus
