**Responsibilities**:
**Specialize in Employee Relations and Employment Equity**:

- Develop and implement strategies to foster a positive work environment, promote diversity and inclusion, and ensure compliance with employment equity regulations.

**Lead with Projects**:

- Take ownership of HR projects from initiation to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Utilize your project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and monitor projects related to HR policies, programs, and initiatives.

**Performance Management**:

- Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback mechanisms, and performance improvement plans.
- Work closely with managers to align individual and team performance with organizational objectives and provide guidance on employee development and career progression.

**Assist with Recruitment on an ad hoc basis**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources Management (Diploma or Degree)
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role in a similar sized business
- MS Office proficiency at intermediate level
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Demonstrated proficiency on SAGE 300 (People) (preferred)
- Excellent understanding of labour legislation and knowledge and exposure to processes associated with the management of BBBEE is advantageous
