The Role


As the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and objectives, reporting to the Regional Human Resources Business Partner Director.

Your focus will be working with our management to develop strategies that deliver business results and drive employee engagement.

The HRBP will act as a consultant to management on HR-related issues, provide guidance to employees, and manage various HR programs and initiatives.

Finally, you will be the cultural ambassador to drive our One Company, One Vision, One Goal for all our people.


Responsibilities
As a trusted Advisor to the business, you will establish close relationships built on trust, act as the sounding board, have an open and direct conversation, challenge ideas and provide opinions to influence business decisions

Specifically, you will:

  • Build a strong understanding of Atlas's business drivers and cultural/organizational dynamics. In partnership with the business leaders, you will provide organizational and peoplerelated strategy recommendations to resolve business challenges.
  • Act as a consultant to management on HRrelated, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational design.
  • Manage various HR programs and initiatives, including performance management, compensation, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion.
  • Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and programs. You will advocate for employees, reminding the leaders of their decisions' impact on their people.
  • Perform HR data management, reporting, and payroll operations responsibilities.
  • Leverage and analyze critical HR data and provide insights to management on trends and areas for improvement.
  • Handle highly sensitive employee relations issues and/or sensitive data issues requiring discretion partnering with legal, investigations, and security.
  • Participate in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Partner with HR colleagues to ensure consistency and alignment of HR programs across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with all local employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage the full spectrum of employee experience from onboarding to offboarding to ensure a seamless employee experience.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required. Master's degree preferred.
  • 57 years of human resource management experience supporting senior leaders within a global technology or services organization; preferably in the HR Technology space
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws and regulations. HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with business leaders, provide strategic HR guidance, and influence others at all levels.
