What you will be doing:
  • Develop and oversee a dynamic global compensation strategy aligned with business goals and competitive positioning, providing strategic advice to HR leadership and Executive management.
  • Collaborate with leadership, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition to design and manage innovative salary structures, incentive plans, and equity compensation programs, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive pay, internal consistency, and compliance with regulations.
  • Lead the design, administration, and regular review of stock and executive compensation programs to ensure competitiveness and equity.
  • Present insightful compensation trend reports to senior leadership and manage compensation data, systems, and tools.
  • Develop and maintain clear compensation policies and procedures, staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Lead and mentor a team of dedicated compensation professionals, fostering collaboration with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition.
  • Create communication plans to educate employees on compensation programs, and provide training and support to HR Business Partners and Managers.

What you need:
  • 10+ years of compensation management experience, including 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in executive and stock compensation programs.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation practices, trends, and global regulatory requirements.
  • Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in compensation analytics and reporting.
  • Excellent skills in communication and presentation, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
