To carry out Human Resources governance, related processes, policies and procedures.
**Duties**
- Administration and Document Control
- File and scan documentation on SAP system and manage archive system
- Follow standardize data input and ensure databases is in accordance with procedural standards
- Quality checks on documentation and system
- Compliance and governance to applicable policies, processes, procedures and applicable statutory laws and regulations
- Internal customer, stakeholder and client relationship management
- Employee Relations
- Record and refer written grievances to Line Managers as per grievance procedure and ensure that Business partner is informed
- File completed grievances and disciplinary enquiry records and maintain record system
- Keep system updated regarding progress on grievances and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance and adherence to conditions of employment in terms of employee benefits and share schemes
- Assist with basic disciplinary cases in collaboration with HR Practitioner/Employee Relations (ER) and line management
- Medical Scheme and Pension Fund Administration
- Recruitment Support - Assist with end-to-end recruitment process in collaboration with Human Resources Business Partner
**Requirements**:
- Must be able to be based in Kriel, Mpumalanga
- Grade 12/Standard 10
- Relevant Human Resources qualification
