ENCONA is expanding and we are seeking a **Sales Coordinator** who is responsible for developing new and existing business with clients in the USA within the automotive & manufacturing markets. This includes managing key accounts within a defined region. The Sales Coordinator is to develop relationships with clients, understand their needs and problems, and provide tailored solutions from ENCONA's product offerings for the client. The role works in close partnership with internal stakeholders to drive gross sales and revenue proactively. You will work closely with the Regional Operations Coordinator to ensure training events and special projects are achieved through sales initiatives that include client targeting, sales promotion, and relationship management. This role is based in South Africa, however you wil be expected to work USA hours (12 noon to 8pm) and have a technical set up that is operational during loadshedding to service our needs effectively.

**To be considered for this role, you will have**:

Along with project management and a willingness to travel, you will hold a degree from an accredited college, preferably in business or engineering. The role will require you to have proven negotiation and customer relationship skills and a drive for growth and service excellence.
