We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our team and help grow our business across a diverse merchant base and industries in **Mauritius** and other target countries, as required.

**As Sales & Account Manager you will**:

- Take ownership of sales and business growth in your territories / regions
- Identify high-potential prospective customers and grow new revenue from businesses of all sizes
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Support and execute on new sales strategies to effectively showcase Peach Payments
- Engage with Product, Marketing and User Operations teams to help amplify our growth trajectory and provide solutions to merchants
- Identify and develop partnership opportunities with development agencies, industry players and other complimentary businesses
- Ensure end to end onboarding of the merchant
- Work on achieving your individual targets for each quarter
- Define and execute strategies to effectively showcase Peach Payments' full offerings to your portfolio
- Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales and account management processes
- Manage and nurture the existing merchants in our portfolio including up
- and cross-selling to them
- Project manage the go live projects for new enterprise clients
- Cross-sell and up-sell exciting new and existing offerings to your portfolio

**What we'd like you to have**:

- Mauritius work authorisation
- French and English language fluency required
- Experience in customer/client-facing role, with a track record of top performance
- Ability to understand the Peach Payments API and build great relationships with highly technical customers
- Ability to understand complex enterprise requirements and think creatively
- Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated passion for the start-up community and new technology businesses
- Strong interest in FinTech
- Be a self-starter

**Nice to haves**:

- Prior experience at a Financial Institution/Internet/software company/Digital Marketing Agency
- Prior experience in enterprise sales
- Prior experience in the payments industry
- Fluency in Mauritian Creole
