**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Talent Acquisitions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent to meet our organization's needs.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Facilitate the selection process, including administering assessments, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Produces daily and weekly reports regarding recruitment endeavors Keeps employment records for future utilization.
- Assist with other related tasks and projects as needed.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or equivalent combination of Training and Experience
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisitions Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
- Must be authorized to work in their country of residence.
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
