Compile regular reports on ER activities in Plant.

Monitor all ER interaction structures within the company

(a)Zone meetings (b) Quarterly meetings (c) Formal engagement structures with labour.

C o n s u l ts a n d s upp o r ts m a n agers / l eaders o n c o m p l e x emp lo yee r e l at i o n s, pe r f o r m a nc e management, re organization/reduction issues spanning all levels within the organization.

Ensure ER implementation strategies to support the achievement of the organizations strategic objectives.

Scan internal and external environment in order to assess developments, opportunities and risks to the organization.

Initiate creative and feasible solutions to complex ER issues at organizational level within the scope of applicable regulations and collective agreements.

Facilitate the resolution of ER issues between Senior Management and labour

Manages complex, strategic projects to improve processes, drive consistency, increase efficiency, and enhance organizational performance.

Identifies trends in employment practices and advises on appropriate proactive action and training opportunities.

Developing and coaching leadership capacity and aligning policies and legislation.

Grade 12

**Tertiary qualification**: Industrial Relations/Law Degree
