**Position**: Labour Relations Intern ( full time permanent role)

As part of a team, you'll have the chance to work with a highly unionised workforce, engage in union negotiations, draft legal documents, and contribute to shaping fair and equitable workplace policies.
**You will get exposure to**:
- Union Negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to labour relations.
- Assist in resolving disputes and grievances in accordance with legal guidelines.
- Stay updated on labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a harmonious work environment.
**Requirements**:
- Law Graduate with a focus on Labour Law.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Proximity to Montana, Pretoria is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Very detail orientated.
- Passion for labour relations and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
