The Public Servants Association of South Africa (PSA) is a registered Trade Union in terms of the _Labour Relations Act, 1995 _and is non-profit Company in terms of the _Companies Act, 2008._
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and/or experienced persons for appointment in the under-mentioned vacancy:
- **JOB TITLE: MANAGER- LABOUR RELATIONS**
**REMUNERATION PACKAGE: MARKET RELATED (CTC)**
**POSITION STATUS: PERMANENT**
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- A relevant full qualification with at least a NQF level7 (Bachelor’s degree/ Advanced Diploma) plus 5 years relevant experience (La b o u r Relations) **OR** a full qualification with a NQF level 4 ( Matric/ Grade 12) plus at least 11 years relevant experience (Labour Relations)
- A valid Code EB driver’s license
*(_full qualification = at least 120 credits_)
STRONG RECOMMENDATIONS
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in legal drafting
- Manage collective bargaining and dispute resolution processes
- Knowledge of public sector Acts, Regulations and Prescripts
- Managerial capabilities

- Management of provincial collective bargaining and dispute resolution processes
