The mission for the Marketing/Operations Director is to be the key implementer across the organization. Armed with the vision from the CEO, the individual will focus on turning the vision into reality.

The outcomes expected of this individual are:

- 10% increase in efficiency. By consistently studying our processes and challenging the status quo, you will find ways to save time, money and increase results for our members at the same time.
- Net promoter score >9.0. Our members are what keeps us in business. We need to make sure they are happy and well taken care of. A healthy net promoter score means a healthy business.
- Responsible for managing our entire team including: content marketing, graphic design, paid traffic, search engine optimization, social media, and web development
- Responsible for all client retention. You will be the right arm to the marketing strategist that works 1:1 with the client. Our clients require precise execution of the marketing deliverables and demand results. You will organize, plan and manage the execution of deliverables in the company’s marketing system, including paid traffic, search engine optimization, web design, graphic design, content marketing and social media. This requires excellent communication skills and an ability to manage changes in timing, budget and scope.
- Ensure >95% campaigns and tasks are delivered on time to our members by leveraging systems and processes. Manage the prioritization and workflow of all projects to ensure target timelines can be achieved. Making sure that our systems are maximized and you are following a structured process from start to finish is critical.
- Monthly reports submitted on time to our members. Each month we report on progress achieved. The Operations Director will ensure that the reports are thought provoking and provide great analysis.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years’ experience in a senior management role
- Must have worked for a digital marketing/advertising agency before
- Bachelor of Arts degree or higher
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a service mentality
- Demonstrable experience in managing systems, processes and people
- Ability to problem-solve; flexible and resourceful
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Cloud experience a plus
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with a spirit of service mentality
- Demonstrable experience in managing client relationships and proving ROI
- Articulate and persuasive writing and speaking skills
- Ability to problem-solve; flexible and resourceful
- Google Analytics / Data tools, Paid Traffic experience preferred
- Experience with G-Suite and Mac Office environments
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and systems
