**Summary**:
AHA is a fast-growing transformational coaching business, focused on empowering people to wake up and reconnect with their true nature and sense of purpose and joy for life.

The team is based in South Africa but serves clients across the world, with a particular focus on the UK and European markets.

Currently, the main product is a 10-week live online programme for groups of men and women run three times per year, facilitated by Max and Jenny (AHA Foundational Programme, see AHA website for video and more details). 150 people have been through this journey so far. A fully digital version of the programme is being developed.

Approximately 50 graduates of the programme are also part of a continuity programme (AHA GYM) with significant potential for growth.

A curated monthly breathwork experience is held for GYM members (included in membership) and paying participants.

The new marketing manager will join a team of three with an initial focus on marketing the AHA Foundational Programme, GYM and breathwork experience.

**The role**:
**Strategy development**: Creating a marketing strategy for organic and paid acquisition channels

**Audience**: Segmenting and targeting audiences

**Competitor monitoring**: Keeping up to date with latest market trends and developments in product and market
Leading positioning work

**Campaign management**: Then overseeing and managing marketing campaigns

**Effectiveness**: Tracking and analysing the performance of campaigns, ensuring good ROI, and reporting to executive team

**Budget**: Planning and managing marketing budget

**Brand management**: Ensuring brand consistency across all communications

**Agency management**: Hiring, negotiating, and managing all agency partners

**Content creation**: creating a content strategy, then creating/overseeing the creation of content, then delivering content (in partnership with the Executive Assistant / Community Manager)

**Digital marketing**: planning and managing across all digital assets (website, social media, PPC, SEO, paid ads, etc.)

**PR and corporate communication**: managing all PR

**Event management**: managing any sales events (e.g., online webinars, or in-person events)

**User feedback**: Leading feedback from existing and past clients to create testimonial content and inform future product development

**Product**: Working closely with exec team to feed into product development

**Partner working**: Working with JV partner’s marketing team to keep brands aligned

**REQUIREMENTS**:
1. Education and qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience Marketing qualifications or courses desirable.

The applicant must demonstrate an interest in self-development and the areas of health and wellness.

2. Previous experience

Knowledge of marketing practice and process
Experience of planning, implementing and managing marketing campaigns across various media, particularly online
5+ years’ marketing experience
Development and production of creative ideas (personal or agency management)
Planning and managing marketing budgets The applicant must demonstrate:

- the ability to prioritise tasks and information appropriately.

Strong written and spoken communications and presentation skills
As the sole marketing function, autonomy and self-starting qualities
Creative thinker, excellent listener and communicator
High-level proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Workspace willingness to learn other programmes as required
High level competence with Zoom functionality or aptitude and readiness to learn
Adequate design skills including competence on photoshop or willingness to learn
Prepared to get involved, good problem solver and at taking action
A high level of motivation and a flexible approach

**Ability to multi-task and think creatively**: manage multiple projects with varying priority at one time - to deliver results on time and on/under budget.
Ability to work with the highest levels of confidentiality and integrity
Ability to manage, prioritise and organise own workload and use initiative
Participate in regular meetings
Commitment to own personal development and attended training or development activities as required

- previous experience of working within a multidisciplinary team
