The property market is broken: agents, buyers and sellers are pitted against each other in a bullshit system. Sales fall through for avoidable reasons, sellers miss out on the maximum value of their property, and buyers never really know what they're getting. With only the zenith of the market holding the tools and capacity to avoid this, Flyp is looking to provide these to every home seller.

It’s time to break free from the status quo, and build a completely new system. Created for a new generation of sellers and agents who demand more: more trust. More transparency. More efficiency. And yes - more money. The time for half measures is past.

We have a product market fit, raised our first round of funding and now we are building a team that would enable us to help more people in this broken property market.

**Job Summary**:
As a Customer Success Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our vendors. You will be responsible for onboarding new vendors, providing phone support, and assisting the dedicated Account Manager (AM) with daily vendor interactions. Your primary goal is to build strong vendor relationships, address their needs, and ensure they derive maximum value from our products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Vendor Onboarding**:

- Work closely with new vendors to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Provide guidance and support in setting up and configuring our products/services.
- Conduct orientation sessions to familiarise vendors with our platform and its features.

**Phone Support**:

- Offer timely and effective phone support to address vendor inquiries, issues, and requests.
- Ensure that vendor’s inquiries are resolved in a professional and satisfactory manner.
- Collaborate with the Account Manager to escalate and resolve complex issues.

**Vendor Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned vendors.
- Regularly check in with vendors to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding vendors' needs and suggesting appropriate solutions.

**Support to Account Manager**:

- Collaborate with the dedicated Account Manager/Head of CS to ensure vendors needs are met.
- Assist with vendor communications, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and providing updates.
- Help the AM in identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of vendor interactions, support requests, and resolutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Salary**: R20,000.00 - R22,000.00 per month
