- To engage in facilitating learning which will foster a purposeful progression in learning and which is consistent with unit standards as determined;
- To prepare learning taking into account orientation, new approaches, techniques, assessment methods, aids etc. in the field;
- To plan, co-ordinate, control, administer, evaluate and report on learners’ progress;
- To establish a classroom, or learning facility environment which stimulates positive learning and actively engages learners in the learning process;
- To consider and utilise the learners’ own experiences as a fundamental and valuable resource;
- To take responsibility for stock and equipment that is used;
- To participate in agreed facilitator assessment or appraisal processes in order to regularly review professional practice with the aim of improving learning and managing facilitation;
- To contribute to the professional development of colleagues by sharing knowledge, ideas and resources;
- To remain informed of current developments in educational thinking and curriculum and program development;
- To collaborate with facilitators as required;
- To report to the Head of Department and discuss the conduct and progress of learners (as required);

**Minimum requirements**:

- An appropriate, recognized National Diploma in Marketing or equivalent is required;
- 0-1 Year's experience in the Insurance Environment;
- Must be computer literate;
- A valid driver’s license will be an added advantage.

**Nature of appointment**:

- Temporary Contract (30 days).

**Salary**:

- R24 000.00
- 28 June 2024 (12h00).
