**MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**

The employee will be responsible for all collection planning, resources and debriefing of drivers.

**Job-related Requirements**
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Courier/Transport Industry.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in managing people in a fast moving environment
- Own transport essential
- Self Motivated and Self Driven personality
- Willing to work longer hours when required
- Attention to detail
- Good Communication skills both written and verbally
- Problem-Solving
- Goal Orientated

**Tertiary Qualification(s)**
- Related degree in Logistics is essential
- Computer Literacy Level - Intermediate

**Computer Skills required in the following**:

- Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word,

**Electives**
- Good Written and Oral Communication Skills
- Interpersonal Skills
- Good Administrative Skills
- Methodical, articulate and systematic

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure all collections are efficiently actioned
- Ensure All collections are planned accordingly
- Ensure Equipment on Blujay is updated and up to date
- Ensure All Collections in Status 230 and lower are actioned
- Collection target of no more than 30 missed collection a day is achieved
- Ensure the Department are at all time compliant with regards to the company QSHE policies
- Daily staff management (Attendance etc.)
- Daily Cost Control - Overtime
- Manage Staff performance and KPI’s
- Ensure all Trips are closed daily and debriefed
- All unhandled units to be actioned daily
- Ensure Debriefing process is followed correctly - Trip Dock, Unload, Finalise, Debrief
- Missed Collection report to be mail to management with detail explanation daily
