Bryanston based legal firm is looking for a Junior Legal Secretary to provide administrative support to the partner and associates.

The role will involve:

- Preparing, typing, and filing legal documents, such as contracts, motions, briefs, and letters.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Answering phone calls, taking messages, and responding to inquiries.
- Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files and records.
- Conducting legal research and assisting with case preparation.
- Handling billing, invoicing, and expense reports.

Exposure to commercial litigation would be ideal. Experience of Case Lines would be ideal.

You should have at least 2 years' relevant legal experience, a matric and if you have a relevant qualification that would be ideal.

This is a role that would suit someone looking for a long term position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R17,000.00 per month
