Junior Legal Secretary/receptionist

**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Matric
- A relevant secretarial qualification would be an advantage.
- Excellent dictaphone typing.
- Minimum of 2-5 years legal secretarial.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office (i.e., MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Liquidation experience and exposure **is a must**.
- Proven track record as a junior legal secretary and receptionist
- Good technical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Client centric
- Respect for deadlines
- Ability to self-manage
- Reliable/ own transport
- Salary is market related
**Abilities**:
- Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate work
- Well organised
- Well-presented and well spoken
- High attention to detail
