New Business Development Executive

The purpose of this role is to identify and implement new business growth strategies that focuses on gaining the trust of our customers. This role is all about growing suitable customer relationship, not just hunting new business opportunities.
**Key Performance Area**:
- Identify new industrial, commercial and residential pumps/or products to promote to customers and our online platform.
- Promote all services and products offered by company.
- Effectively address and resolve customer complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet monthly sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Exceed your monthly agreed sales targets.
- Develop your own customer database by expanding your customer pipeline.
- Complete customer surveys to address pump maintenance, pump repairs or pump replacements.
- Give effective feedback to management to ensure all customer concerns are quickly resolved.
- Submit daily, weekly, monthly job cards with supporting documentation for payment processing within communicated timelines.

**Minimum Requirements**:
- Diploma
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- 2-years’ experience in selling industrial pumping solutions and products.
- Practical knowledge of positive displacement and rotodynamic pumps.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to disassemble a pump and report on a repair.
- Ability and willingness to assist customers during breakdowns or annual shutdowns.
