Setting the brand apart from the rest of the field, this includes ongoing training and operational support to the highest international standards. All Agents, Principles and employees have access to their inhouse training platform delivering their unique and bespoke branded training of the highest standards internationally.

The Johannesburg based Head Office is on the hunt for a dynamic National Training Manager to join their winning team. Reporting directly to the CEO and supported by an experienced administrator, the main purpose of this role is to consistently create, update and maintain content for their shared training programmes, methodologies and information. Other accountabilities include creating and implementing new programmes, visiting branches nationally from time to time to deliver in person training, conduct virtual training sessions and monitoring effectiveness of material used. Furthermore, you will need to keep accurate records of sessions concluded to measure the success and impact of the training programmes, as well as the forefront of industry trends and developments to improve and evolve the training material. As a mentor to the entire team, you will work closely with all internal stakeholders, supporting & encouraging to ensure the ongoing development of the national network of employees.
