Senior Manager: Client Liaison Offices

The positions of three Regional Managers are vacant. The Regional Managers will report directly to the Senior Manager: Client Liaison Offices and form part of the Member Service and Experience Division. The positions will be based at KwaZulu Natal, Northern Cape and Western Cape.

**Qualification requirements are**:

- At least 3 years Diploma/Degree or equivalent NQF relevant tertiary qualification (qualification as per FSCA approved list)
- At least 3 years management experience
- RE1 and RE5 qualification will be advantageous
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the medical scheme industry will be advantageous
- Class of business Health benefits will be advantageous

**Key Performance Areas (KPAs)**:

- Oversee that high standards are maintained by ensuring that the team produces excellent work
- Ensure that expenditure and procurement processes are in line with the Scheme’s Supply Chain Management policies
- Ensure that quality service is offered to members on site
- Ensure queries resolved on site are maintained at the required resolution rate
- Serve as a single point of contact for member escalations within the assigned province
- Maintain positive relationship with Scheme members and stakeholders
- Forge strategic links or partnerships with stakeholders through continued engagements
- Establish effective communication and integration with the Scheme’s service provider network and internal divisions
- Prepare reports, analyze trends and submit recommended interventions on the provincial operations for management decision making
- Set performance targets, plans and goals for subordinates
- Measure service performance of teams against predefined service metrics and provide recommendations of performance improvement
- Oversee that all systems are effectively and continuously applied
- Ensure that the Client Liaison Office (CLO) risks are identified, assessed and mitigated
- Ensure that the provincial Client Liaison Office effectively represents the “THE CLIENT” brand, mission, vison and values at all times
- Ensure compliance with the FAIS Act and legislation at all timesRepresent the Member Service and Experience Division at Member and Stakeholder engagements
- Ensure support of “THE CLIENT” wellness events
- Manage ad hoc and CLO special projects as assigned by Senior Manager: Client Liaison Offices

**Salary**: R1,007,122.00 per year
