Trust and Office Administrator position in Bellville

The trust administration responsibilities include the preparation of the necessary documentation for the establishment, change or closure of Trusts and the review of the submission and return of documentation from the Master of the Court.

The position also includes office administration, namely overview of cleaner, general purchases, responsibility for stationery, printers, internet, and telephones operation, receiving from clients at reception post and courier needs, preparation of minutes, scanning of documents for storage on Cloud and responsibility for the storage room.

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12 or relevant Diploma
- Experience in accounting practice or legal practice environment
- Computer literate
- Good communicator (colleagues and clients)
- Warm personality
- Self-driven individual with an eye for detail and a collaborative attitude
- Must be able to function under pressure
- Must be able to communicate in Afrikaans and English
- Own vehicle no - public transport

**Closing date: 4 August 2023**

**Salary**: R18,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bellville, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- Afrikaans and English (required)
