- and disability insurance, credit solutions, savings and investments, retirement and fiduciary services that can be accessed through various platforms. Outputs / Core Tasks:
Responsible as super user and data specialist on MIP and Viewpoint in order to solve intricate problems.
Quality and control checking of records e.g. new accounts, payments and terminations on a daily basis.
Investigations and resolving of discrepancies found in above mentioned processes.
Providing reports for business use.
Collecting and collating of internal and external auditor’s samples and responding to queries.
Responsible for comprehensive list of various critical processes.
Ensure Risk management and compliance in a Team.
Managing and coaching Quality and control officers. Requirements:
**Qualifications**:
Grade 12
B. Comm Degree or Diploma in Finance or Risk will be advantageous.

**Experience**:
At least 3 years relevant experience in trust or employee benefits administration.

**Knowledge**:
Knowledge of MIP and Viewpoint systems.
Knowledge of FSCA administration.
Knowledge of appropriate legislation.
Knowledge of financial concepts, structure of trusts, retirement funds, group schemes and beneficiary funds.
Computer skills (MS Office - advanced Excel skills) Competencies:
