- and disability insurance, credit solutions, savings and investments, retirement and fiduciary services that can be accessed through various platforms. Outputs / Core Tasks:
Management of mailbox
Preparation of quotations and arranging of invoices
Arrange for DRA and PDD of all clients (CDD requirements)
Recordkeeping on register
Completion of Master forms
Arrange for Master Office payments, if applicable
Arrange for Courtbonds security, if applicable
Submission to Master of the High Court, liaising with agents and following up until fulfillment.
Client focus and service
Weekly feedback to all clients
Monthly commission report (where applicable)

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:
Grade 12
Legal qualification.

**Experience**:
At least two years trusts experience within the fiduciary services industry.

**Knowledge**:
Knowledge of Administration of Estates Act 66/65, Trust Property Control Act 1988, and Wills Act.
Interpretation of Court orders
Master Office requirements
Computer skills (MS Office - advanced Excel skills)
