Timeshare Sales Executive

Our client a well known Resort is looking to employ a Sales Executive to promote their Timeshare (self catering holiday accommodation) in the picturesque area of the Waterberg. You will be working from the Bryanston Office. Track record in Timeshare sales is a minimum requirement.
**You will be responsible for the following but not limited to it**: Promote the brand, image and services of the company so that maximum growth occurs through gaining new clients and contracts; Manage all aspects of marketing, sales and rentals including sourcing and securing new business, relationship management, database management, business presentations, workshops and reports; Respond to queries and assist our customers when requested; Store and sort data in electronic form and present reports; Database management.
**Basic requirements for the post is as follows **:Proven experience in timeshare sales and rentals; Good computer skills (MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint); Proficiency in English; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving; Works well and accurately under pressure; A team player with high level of dedication; Qualifications in sales / reservations or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing; experience with reservations systems will be an asset
