The ICT Manager plays a crucial role within the ICT infrastructure team, providing strategic leadership and oversight. Responsible for driving the development and implementation of ICT strategies aligned with organizational objectives, they lead a team of skilled IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture. The role encompasses infrastructure management, project oversight, vendor relations, and ensuring timely user support.

The ICT Manager is primarily responsible for the maintenance and support of CLC's in-house telephony, software, and hardware IT assets. This includes installation, configuration, diagnosis, repair, and upgrade of all organizational telephony, software, and hardware equipment to maintain optimal performance. Additionally, the role entails serving as a training resource for the ICT infrastructure team, along with providing end-user support and remote management and monitoring services.

**Internal ICT Support**
- Assist with reviewing, routing, and escalating ICT support tickets to the relevant ICT support staff.
- Assist with the installation of 3rd party systems as requested by clients.
- Assist with performing user termination tasks, including but not limited to Active Directory, Azure and Exchange Online tasks, mailbox archiving, archiving of accounts and telephony systems.

**Management and Maintenance of CLC ICT Assets**
- Manage and maintain all ICT assets used by CLC.
- Maintain ICT Asset list and employees' sign-off documents.
- Assist with the installation of operating systems and necessary software on user devices.
- Assist with performing software patches on client ICT devices as well as systems and servers when required.
- Conduct device patch management and deployment as needed via ConnectWise Automate.

**Telephony**
- Oversee the maintenance of the Telephony Master document.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of client number routing via the management console.
- Assist with setting up IVR’s for CLC clients.
- Assist with creating new clients and agents onthe telephony system.
- Liaise as well as oversee the management of telephony support tickets with service providers.

**Reconciliation of accounts**
- Monthly reconciliation of company credit card and submit to manager for approval.
- Monthly telephony and data (3G/LTE) service provider reconciliations
- Ad-hoc user/telephony reporting as and when required.
- Quarterly audit and review telephony data and reports.
