**Job Description**:
**Stakeholder management (Internal & external)**:

- Find and build relationships with new clients, using existing networks and other contact points as an opportunity to sell the services of the HelloKindred Staffing and Recruitment service line.
- Convert new clients to commercial business opportunities, partnering with the Business Development team where appropriate.
- Engage with clients to understand resourcing plans, define role requirements and identify targeted talent pools, interview and selection process.
- Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the process, giving advice and updates of challenges or opportunities.
- Educate stakeholders on effective and legally compliant interviewing techniques where necessary.
- Review and sign off respective SOWs ensuring important and relevant terms and agreements are captured. Ensure the issuance of SOWs and Exhibits are done appropriately and timely and in collaboration with appropriate stakeholders.
- In agreement with appropriate stakeholders, set pricing and markups per account, program, and level. Thoroughly understand the terms and conditions in respective MSAs and manage outcomes with other internal stakeholders.
- Capture all client details in the CRM/ATS system.

**Recruitment lifecycle**:

- Work to maintain the flow of the recruitment cycle, ensuring all parties are kept updated of progress and status at each stage.
- Work with appropriate stakeholders to finalise offer of employment, and/or extension of such.
- Work in line with internal processes and procedures as defined in the Staffing Manifesto.
- Work to timeframes and guidelines as provided in client MSA’s.
- Generate monthly updates for the company’s leadership about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives and create system based monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.

**Commercial responsibilities**:

- Support the commercial team through the sales and account management phases of deal structuring, procurement procedures, proposal stage, renewals, and contract negotiation phases as required.
- Contribute to the quarterly and annual Strategic Opportunity Plans for existing clients contributing to the sales forecast of the business unit.

- Seek out new recruiting trends and techniques and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
- Develop a strong understanding of core skills in the Marketing and communications space.
- Research new trends and software within these niche positions.
- Proactively seek market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies.

**Qualifications**:

- University degree in relevant discipline.

**Experience required to perform this role**:

- Experience developing project plans and managing project execution within a recruitment environment.

**Technical knowledge needed to perform this role**:

- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Best practice interview techniques and questions.
- Best practice trends in interviewing as it relates to data privacy and employment legislation.
