**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Handle all technical recruitment for the Group and assist with general recruitment when IT Recruitment is stagnant.
- Create and maintain talent pool of only top 1% talent.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Proactively collaborate with Line on a regular basis in identify hiring needs.
- Advertise internally and externally utilising various advertising platforms (e.g. Job portals, LinkedIn, OfferZen, Networking and digital platforms)
- Adhere to a turnaround time of 60 days from receipt of requisition form.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate Recruitment plan in order to prioritize staffing needs and ensure this plan is aligned to Employment Equity targets as identified by the BBBEE
- Prepare a weekly activity report of Recruitment through Smartsheet and submit to management.
- Coordinate with the marketing department to build innovative talent acquisition strategies.
- Promote Universal’s strategic intent to be a “best company to work”

**Experience and Qualifications Required**
- Grade 12
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or similar is advantageous
- 5 years’ experience in Recruitment, specifically in healthcare recruitment

- Proactiveness and ability to work independently
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to manage at all levels, up and down
- Deadline and solutions driven
- Ability to manage high pressure and fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain appropriate level of confidentiality
- Understanding and familiarity with Recruitment Marketing
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. LinkedIn, OfferZen, Recruitment platforms, and virtual recruiting)
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, keeping up with talent acquisition trends.

**Work Requirements**
- Own transport essential
- Hybrid model, however should be open to 100% office based as a result of business decision
- Fixed salary, no commission.
- Performance bonus in line with Company and individual performance.

**Salary**: R1.00 - R2.00 per month
