We are looking for experienced back office employees to join our team in Cape Town. As a travel specialist for Africa, you need to live and breathe this destination. For our clients we are creating live-changing memories on the African continent. Our target markets are wealthy individuals and families, which means a great understanding of upmarket accommodations, extraordinary experiences and travel routes off the beaten track are essential.

**Responsibilities**
- Development of customized tours and travel itineraries
- Liaising with suppliers to determine availability and pricing of accommodations, transfers, activities and added services
- Booking and changing flights according to the customers needs (either through DMCs or personally)
- Pricing of customized travel packages, utilizing the back office infrastructure with access to price lists and contacts
- Maintaining supplier relationships with our existent DMCs
- Building relationships with new DMCs
- Build and maintain a company-wide itinerary and pricing database to increase efficiency and decrease the time between request and offer

Experience & Skills
- Min 3 Years experience as a back office employee in the luxury travel segment
- Excellent understanding of mostof the following destinations: South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Zambia, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Uganda, Rwanda, Malawi, Tanzania, Kenya
- Min 3 Years experience in the development & pricing of customized tour packages
- Excellent command of English (verbal and written)
- Good with numbers
- Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel and Word)

**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
