- Grade 12 /Matric
- Minimum 1 - 3 years in a similar role
- Diploma / Degree: PR/Marketing or Tourism or Hospitality
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Registering the Company on various Client Portals as a Vendor
- General Office Admin, Reception, and Filing
- Processing Client Quotes, Invoices, Expenses, and Daily Reports in MS Excel and Word
- Proof Reading Client Contracts & Providing Directors with a Summary
- Taking Photos and uploading to Computer
- Posting Marketing Materials to various Social Media Platforms etc.
**Competencies**:
- Own Transport and Code 8 Licence essential
- Computer Literacy in MS Office - Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Proficiency in uploading to Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp
