**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Manage service call and turnaround times.
- Manage maintenance agreements and adhere to specified timelines.
- Manage SLA's as per contract with clients.
- Ability to quote cients and obtain purchase orders.
- Ability to bring in new sales.
- Risk management - experience in identification, assessment and management of site risks.
- Delivering results - ablility to plan and execute to achieve ojectives and targets.
- Conduct client site assements and support with detail technology system, design and specification.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Good knowledge in security syestmes such as access control, CCTV, alarms etc. This includes latest software tools and technologies, and experience working with industry systems.
- Posessess good knowledge of different software systems, basic network architectures and integration of systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting and ability to assist technical challenges on site.
- Must ensure teams follo the correct procedures, policies and documentation requirements across SLA agreements.
- Able to guide the team through the development, testing and implementaion stages and review the completed work effectively.
- Provide direction and technical expertise in design development and systems intergration.
- Able to make quick decisions and solve technical problems.
- Conduct client site assessments and support with detail technology system design and specification.
- Ensure that relevant installers are put in place.
- Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- SQL database.
- Project budgeting and reporting.
- Excellent communication.
- Working knowledge of MS Office

**Qualifications**:

- Matric
- Project Management Certificate or equivalent qualification
- Techinical background of security installations
- Basic Finance
- At least 5 years in management experience
- Psira registration
- Valid Driver's license
