To ensuring 100% compliance with the prescribed turnaround times, norms and standards on Labour Court functions.

To ensure that all panellists and interpreters claims are submitted monthly.

Accruals for panellists and interpreters are submitted to Corporate services monthly.

To conduct verifications in the case files in line with the norms and standards.

To ensure that Council has no backlog on all claims and Labour Court requests.

To manage development and timeous submission of weekly schedules, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.

Coordination of bi-weekly staff meetings.

To assist in the coordination of Dispute Management Committee meetings.

To manage the offsite file storage and liaise with courier services.

**Qualifications and Experience**

An appropriate National Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in labour relations/ Labour Law (NQF6/7).

Relevant and proven experience in administration of dispute resolution cases environment, of at least one (1) year.

**The below experience/understanding will be an added advantage**:

- Public service environment,
Bargaining Council and/or CCMA
- Case Management System (CMS) or any similar system
- Case Management Principles and Procedures
