Mobelli, a leading provider of high-end furniture and home décor, is seeking a Customer Delight Manager to join our team at our Paarden Eiland Showroom in Cape Town. As a Customer Delight Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-level professional consultation to our diverse customer base, including retail customers, designers, decorators, architects, developers, and hospitality clients. Your primary objective will be to exceed customer expectations, build lasting relationships, and ensure their utmost satisfaction with Mobelli.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer queries and complaints, going above and beyond to achieve timely resolutions.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to both customers and sales staff, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Investigate customer complaints and guarantee claims, gathering essential information for swift and accurate solutions.
- Maintain the highest level of professionalism while prioritizing customer care and representing the integrity of our business.
- Record all customer interactions and progress in our CRM system for tracking and reference purposes.
- Assist in driving, delivering, and collecting items that require repairs when necessary.
- Identify process bottlenecks impacting customer satisfaction and recommend solutions for improvement.
- Foster positive relationships with suppliers and collaborate with warehouse staff to expedite query resolutions.
- Embody and promote the company culture and values.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, making sound decisions even in challenging situations.

**Other Requirements**:

- Grade 12 Certificate.
- Valid Driver's license (code 8).
- Previous experience in high-end furniture retail sales is advantageous.
