Job Description**Main Purpose**:
**To partner with line managers by providing them with the tools and support to continuously improve the operational efficiencies of their business areas in terms of the people management function.**

**High Level Job Objectives**:

- **To understand what the business is trying to achieve and **provide real value to the business by **leveraging** **various Human Capital Suite modules, tools and methodologies**.**
- **To co-design and implement end-to-end processes for the attraction and appointment of new talent aligned to workforce management, support the appointment process of internal talent and maintain a pipeline of temporary employees.**
- **To leverage technology and** **streamline HR processes to improve employee experience.**
- **To drive employee wellbeing and human centricity that enables an agile workforce including supporting line managers with employee relations.**
- **To ensure credible and diagnostic HR reporting that provides a comprehensive view of what's working and what's not, highlighting specific issues that affect people management.**
