c. Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of professionals and projects.

d. Providing assistance to the marketing /sales department and assisting /contributing to the development of specifications.

e. Maintaining and fostering relationships with existing professionals and to ensure an agreed number of new professionals on our database.

f. Developing relationships & providing solutions to all decision makers within the professional arena by selling the company, its services, its products and brands, and its expertise.

g. Marketing the endorsements & the development of specifications which favour Safintra and Safal Group brands and products and specific products such as Metsec, Saflok, Versatile.

h. Managing & controlling the progress of specifications & enquiries through to a successful sale.

i. Contributing to the development of the specifications strategy and plans which contribute to the overall business objectives.

j. Managing and controlling all aspects of customer relationship management.

k. Attendance to all technical problems relating to products including detailed reporting. Communicating and assistance in resolving customer complaints & professional queries.

l. Developing, gathering and sharing of market intelligence with all stakeholders on pre-arranged basis.

m. Effective use of Navision and compliance with required reporting - daily, weekly and monthly

n. Attendance at and participation in stock takes, attendance of conference and training sessions

o. Inspections of construction sites prior /post to mobile mill rolling’s as required and detailed reporting in this area as well as attending to required warranties.

p. Develop and implement systems and processes to enable the effective monitoring of the performance of Safintra and group products and the identification of improvements in product quality.

q. Assist in the development of technical sales and marketing literature and associated documents to improve the marketing of the group and its products.

r. Maintain an awareness of technical developments in the industry to ensure that the business has up-to-date and relevant information.

s. Making presentations to professionals.

t. Arranging expos for the architectural and government sector.

**Minimum academic qualification**: A diploma-level qualification General work experience (years)

**Specific to the position (level/discipline/years)**: At least 5 years' experience in training and development
