Business Unit Development Sales Executive/specialist

**PURPOSE OF POSITION**:
- To be responsible for the sales of the product portfolio within the designated Business Unit. The Business Unit Development Sales Executive will work in conjunction with the Business Unit Development Manager, local distributors, hardware vendors, internal sales, service/support teams.
- The Business Unit Development Sales Executive will be responsible for the sales of the following business units:
- Smart Solutions (Access Control / Surveillance / Time & Attendance and all others added required).
- Voice & Data Services (Connectivity / Skywire / SP - Data / SP - Voice and all others added required).
- Professional Services (PMO / Auditing SOW / Documentation / Solution Design / Implementation and all others added required).
- ISP Services (Hosting / ISP / Pc’s / Servers and all others added required).
- Nashua Alternative Energy Solutions (Battery back up / Inverters / CPS Units / Generators / Solar and all others added required).
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum qualification requirement is Grade 12.
- Minimum 3 years IT/ ICT Sales experience will be beneficial
- Fully Computer literate.
- Excellent Communication Skills on all levels, telephonic and face to face customer relations skills / presentable / self-motivated.
- Excellent Presentation, Planning and organizational skills.
- Must be self-driven, motivated, innovative and team player.
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
- Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services.
- Personally contact and secure new business accounts/customers.
**KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS**:
- Achieve 100% of monthly / annual sales targets.
- Manage accurate Forecast Commitments and Pipeline and develop new Prospects.
- Report accurately on sales activities on Inform and to the Bojanala Sales Manager.
- Develop and maintain of the existing base.
- Customer relationship building including but not limited to customer visits.
- Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
- Demonstrates and cross-sell products and services to existing/potential customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
**OTHER ASSIGNMENTS**:
- To perform any additional/adhoc duties when requested to do so by the Exco/Management team.
