**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and monitor workshop profitability, ensuring effective workshop planning.
- Plan workshop production based on staff availability and productivity.
- Address escalated workshop technical problems promptly and effectively.
- Evaluate serviced vehicles and assist in parts ordering.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards in the workshop.
- Coordinate training for service staff.
- Provide feedback to workshop staff on individual performance.
- Control work in progress on vehicles to maintain acceptable levels.
- Manage financial and non-financial risks within the department.
- Drive personal and professional development.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
- Qualified Vehicle Technician.
- 5 years' workshop experience in a dealership as a Technician.
- Supervisory/Foreman experience in a workshop - highly advantageous
- Ability to effectively manage a team - essential
- Motorcycle license - essential
