A very busy and well-established automotive dealership in Stellenbosch, is looking for a experienced Bookings Clerk to join their team.

**Requirements**:

- Must have Bookings Clerk working experience in the Automotive Industry
- Matric
- Drivers license
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Working knowledge of Kerridge / Evolve or similar

**Responsibilities**:

- Making and receiving of phone calls
- Booking in customers vehicles for services & repairs
- Giving them the appointment dates
- Opening and creating the job cards
- Writing all the services/repairs requirements on job cards as per client's requirements
- Printing out service history, service check list, vehicle status report, quality check list for the client's vehicle and attaching them to the job cards
- Updating the customers details where necessary
- Contact clients a day before so see if there is any additional work to be added
- Update and schedule collections and deliveries or clients vehicles as well as Shuttle services
- Book out and schedules courtesy cars as required when necessary
- Providing feedback to Workshop Foreman, Service Manager and Service Advisor
- Clearing and closing of outdated Job Cards and return of parts within the required time frame on the WIP
- Assist Service advisors with Work In Progress
- Run with Service Campaigns, allocate vouchers, as well as process for payment
- Participate in ongoing training opportunities made available by the organization and OEM for development purposes and/or to stay abreast of product or system changes.
